When customers call for support during regular business hours, they speak with a person, not a recording, and receive immediate service. Our customers also have access to our after-hours service number for emergency service. We place field engineers strategically throughout the Southeast and Midwest territories in case our customers need. Depending on the level of priority and contracted service, onsite support is available.
ADS offers remote support for immediate response and troubleshooting. The ADS field engineer works with the customer’s staff to initiate a VPN connection. In most cases, ADS technical support is able to identify and resolve critical issues remotely in mission-critical applications.
In the event that onsite support is required, our local field engineers are ready to meet your needs. The ADS field engineer works with the local customer’s staff to identify and resolve any issues. Our technical staff is completely devoted to correcting any issues our customers have.
ADS Alert, Secure Remote Monitoring
Here at ADS, we strive to provide excellent service for our customers. As part of this commitment, we developed ADS Alert, a secure remote monitoring service. With secure remote monitoring, your recording system will notify ADS should any issues arise. In many cases, problems are resolved before our customers realized they had them.
This service is offered at no additional charge on new equipment purchases and to customers with active maintenance agreements.
