ADS provides the management and support resources necessary to provide turnkey implementations, training, services and support.

Support Center

ADS provides complete support to our customers including remote telephone and diagnostic support, case and escalation management, onsite technical support, spare parts kits and service packs.

Customers with active maintenance contracts have access to the ADS Support Center 24×7. The ADS Support Center can be reached by calling  (502) 253-0134.

When customers call for support during regular business hours, they speak with a person, not a recording, and receive personal service. Our customers also have access to our after-hours service number for emergency service. In the event that onsite support is required, Field Engineers are located strategically throughout the Southeast and Midwest territories. Depending on the level of priority and contracted service, onsite support is available.

Remote Support

ADS offers remote support for immediate response and troubleshooting. The ADS FE works with the local customer staff to initiate a VPN connection, like GoToAssist. In most cases, ADS technical support is able to identify and resolve critical issues and eliminate downtime in mission-critical applications.

Onsite Support

In the event that onsite support is required, our local FE’s are ready to meet our response times. The ADS FE will work with the local customer staff to identify and resolve any issues, escalating to appropriate ADS technical staff as necessary to ensure complete correction of the issue.

ADS Alert, Secure Remote Monitoring

Here at ADS, we strive to provide excellent service for our customers. As part of this commitment, we recently developed ADS Alert, our new secure remote monitoring service. With secure remote monitoring, your recording system will notify ADS of critical alerts. In many cases, problems are resolved before our customers realized they had them.

ADS Alert is offered at no additional charge on new equipment purchases and to customers with active maintenance agreements.
